Analisis Penerapan Manajemen Waktu pada Proyek Pengukuran Jalur Transmisi Sutet Peranap-Pekanbaru Riau

Abstract

Diperlukan manajemen waktu untuk memastikan proyek selesai tepat pada waktunya. Akibat kegagalan menerapkan manajemen waktu yang efektif sering menyebabkan non-excusable (penundaan) yang disebabkan oleh kesalahan kontraktor pada pelaksanaan proyek. Setiap kontraktor menghadapi kendala yang berbeda dalam menerapkan manajemen waktu proyek, sehingga diperlukan analisis mengenai kendala-kendala yang selama ini dihadapi perusahaan dalam menerapkan manajemen waktu tersebut. Sehingga perlu diteliti faktor faktor apa yang menjadi kendala dalam penerapan manajemen waktu pada PT. Waskita Karya yang mengerjakan proyek Pengukuran Jalur Transmisi SUTET di Peranap- Riau. Pada penelitian ini dibutuhkan dua jenis data, yaitu merupakan data primer yang diambil dari hasil wawancara dan data sekunder yang bersumber dari penyedia jasa konstruksi, berupa laporan progres mingguan dan time schedule. Analisa jaringan kerja dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Bagan Balok (Bar/Gantt Chart). Penggunaan manajemen waktu yang tepat, praktis, cepat dan aman sangat membantu dalam penyelesaian pekerjaan pada suatu proyek konstruksi. Sehingga setiap perencanaan yang ditetapkan dapat tercapai. Manajemen waktu sendiri adalah proses merencanakan, menyusun dan mengendalikan jadwal kegiatan proyek. Dalam pelaksanaan proyek ini secara keseluruhan pihak kontraktor dikatakan mampu menyelesaikan proyek sesuai dengan jadwal yang sudah disusun. Walaupun pihak kontraktor mengalami keterlambatan ditengah pekerjan minggu ke-22 dan minggu ke-33 sebelumnya dapat diperbaiki sehingga pada di akhir pekerjaan struktur minggu ke-36 realisasi pekerjaan mencapai 100% sesuai dengan perencanaan. Kondisi ini ditingkatkan dan dipertahankan pihak kontraktor, sehingga proyek selesai sesuai dengan jadwal yang sudah ditentukan di time schedule. So it is necessary to examine what factors become obstacles in the application of time management at PT. Waskita Karya working on the SUTET Transmission Line Measurement project in Peranap-Riau. In this study, two types of data are needed, namely primary data taken from interviews and secondary data sourced from construction service providers, in the form of weekly progress reports and time schedules. Network analysis is carried out using theBar/Gantt Chart. The use of appropriate, practical, fast and safe time management is very helpful in completing work on a construction project. So that every plan that has been set can be achieved. Time management it self is the process of planning, compiling and controlling the schedule of project activities. In the overall implementation of this project, the contractor is said to be able to complete the project according to the schedule that has been prepared. Although the contractor experienced delays in the middle of the 22nd week of work and the previous 33rd week, it could be repaired so that at the end of the 36th week of structural work the realization of the work reached 100% according to the plan. This condition is improved and maintained by the contractor, so that the project is completed according to the schedule specified in the time schedule.
