Abstract: | Perbanyakan tanaman menggunakan biji sering mengecewakan sebab umur berbuah lebih lama juga sering terjadi penyimpangan sifat-sifat induknya. Stek merupakan salah satu metode perbanyakan secara vegetatif yang mudah mendapatkan bahannya, stek dilakukan untuk menumbuhkan potongan tanaman yang akan ditanam sehingga menjadi tanaman baru. Jambu air (Syzygium aquaeum) merupakan suku jambu-jambuan yang berasal dari Indonesia dan Malaysia. Jambu air mengandung senyawa kimia dan aktivitas farmakologis sehingga tanaman ini dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai obat alami untuk diare, sakit kepala dan batuk. Rancangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Rancangan Acak kelompok (RAK) faktorial yang terdiri dari 2 faktor taraf: Faktor pertama ZPT alami dengan 4 taraf: Z1: ekstrak bawang merahZ2: rebung bambu Z3: air kelapaZ4: keong mas. faktor kedua konsentrasi dengan 4 taraf, yaitu: K0: 0% (kontrol) K1: 5% /liter K2: 10% /liter K3: 15% /liter. Hasil penelitian ini adalah ZPT berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap pertumbuhan Tinggi Tanaman, Panjang Akar, dan jumlah daun, tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap persentase tumbuh, jumlah tunas, dan jumlah akar. Konsentrasi yang berbeda berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap pertumbuhan tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, dan berpengaruh nyata terhadap Jumlah tunas, tetapi tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap persentase tumbuh, panjang akar, dan jumlah akar. Kombinasi antara berbagai jenis Zat Pengatur Tumbuh (ZPT) dengan konsentrasi yang berbeda tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap seluruh parameter pengamatan Tetapi berpengaruh nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman. Propagation of plants using seeds is often disappointing because the fruiting time is longer and there are often deviations from the characteristics of the parents. Cuttings is a method of vegetative propagation that is easy to get the material for, cuttings are done to grow pieces of plants to be planted so that they become new plants. Water guava (Syzygium aquaeum) is a guava tribe originating from Indonesia and Malaysia. Water guava contains chemical compounds and pharmacological activity so that this plant can be used as a natural remedy for diarrhea, headaches and coughs. The design used in this study was a factorial randomized block design (RBD) consisting of 2 factor levels: The first factor was natural ZPT with 4 levels: Z1: shallot extract Z2: bamboo shoots Z3: coconut water Z4: golden snail. the second factor is concentration with 4 levels, namely: K0: 0% (control) K1: 5% / liter K2: 10% / liter K3: 15% / liter. The results of this study were that ZPT had a very significant effect on the growth of plant height, root length and number of leaves, but had no significant effect on growth percentage, number of shoots and number of roots. Different concentrations had a very significant effect on the growth of plant height, number of leaves, and had a significant effect on the number of shoots, but had no significant effect on the percentage of growth, root length, and number of roots. The combination of various types of Growth Regulatory Substances (ZPT) with different concentrations did not have a significant effect on all observed parameters but had a significant effect on plant height. |
