Abstract

Penelitian ini ingin melihat penerapan pemilihan Kepala Desa Hutapaung apakah sesuai dilakukan dengan tahapan-tahapan yang telah di tetapkan oleh perundang-undangan yang berlaku dan melihat permasalahan-permasalahan yang ada dalam proses pemilihan Kepala Desa tersebut. Dengan meneliti pemilihan Kepala Desa tersebut maka diharapkan peneliti akan dapat mengetahui proses pembangunan politik lokal di tingkat desa dalam hal proses pemilihan Kepala Desa.
