dc.description.abstractKesimpulan 1. Struktur organisasi Kelurahan Jati Utomo Kecamatan Binjai, IUtara mempergunakan struktur organisasi garis dengan Lurah sebagai pucuk pimpinan. 2. Pendelegasian tugas, wewenang dan tanggung jawab dilakukan secara vertikal yaitu dari pimpinan tertinggi dan berangsur-angsur ke pejabat yang lebih rendah dan akhirnya pada pegawai tingkat hawah. Pendelegasian tugas dan wewenang yang sedemikian akan dapat memastikan luas dan lingkup pekerjaan seorang pegawai. 3. Pendelegasian tugas dan wewenang dari Kelurahan Jati Utomo Kecamatan Binjai Utara sudah cukup sesuai dalam menfasilitasi peningkatan pengkoordinasian kerja pegawai. Karena dalam hal ini pegawai mengetahui ruang lingkup pekerjaannya secara jelas, perintah yang jelas serta pelaporan pekerjaan yang jelas pula. pegawai juga dapat meningkatkan koordinasi kerja melalui pendelegasian tugas dan wewenang yang diterapkan di Kelurahan Jati Utomo Kecamatan Binjai Utara karena pegawai dapat menunjukkan pengembangannya secara jelas kepada atasannya. Conclusion 1. Organizational structure of Jati Utomo Village, Binjai District, North I using a line organizational structure with the Lurah as the top leader. 2. The delegation of duties, authorities and responsibilities is done in an orderly manner Vertically, namely from the highest leadership and gradually to officials lower levels and finally at the lower level employees. Such delegation of duties and authority will be able to ensure the breadth and scope of work of an employee. 3. Delegation of tasks and authority from the Jati Utomo Village North Binjai District is quite suitable in facilitating improvement of employee work coordination. Because in this case employees know the scope of work clearly, orders clear and clear reporting of work as well. employee too can improve work coordination through delegation of tasks and authority applied in the Jati Utomo Village, North Binjai District because employees can show their development clearly to their superiors.en_US
