dc.description.abstract | Kesimpulan Berdasarkan pada penyajian data dan analisis data yang telah diuraikan sebelumnya, maka dapat dikemukakan kesimpulan antara lain : 1. Tugas pokok Bagian Protokol daerah Kabupaten Deli Serdang yang dilakukan sudah berjalan dengan baik, dilihat dari kegiatan-kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh jajaran pimpinan dan staf bagian Hubungan Masyarakat dan Protokol berjalan tanpa hambatan dan masalah yang terjadi. Kesalahan yang dilakukan para pegawai segera diatasi dengan cepat. 2. Protokol harus dapat menjalin komunikasi dengan beberapa pihak terkait. Seorang protokol juga harus bertindak sebagai mediator dan koordinator. Tetapi, peran seorang protokol sebetulnya lebih dari itu, seorang protokoler harus mampu bersikap sebagai seorang manajer yang mengatur jalannya kegiatan dengan baik. Seorang protokol tentunya harus berkoordinasi dengan semua pihak yang terlibat. 3. Perintah diberikan oleh Kepala Bagian, sedangkan staf protokol langsung dari Kepala Sub Bagiannya agar memberikan pembinaan pada seluruh stafnya. Protokoler penugasannya sama para pegawai dan bergantian yang mendapat tugas secara keseluruhan. Kendalanya disebabkan dari belum ada persamaan persepsi dalam pengaturan acara antar sesama pegawai. Dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan apakah pegawai diberikan tugas secara merata. 4. Kendala permasalahan yang protokol dapatkan seperti : belum semua media dapat mempublish informasi yang disediakan melalui pres rilis/website, lntensitas kunjungan tamu VVf P sulit diprediksi, masih belum ada persamaan persepsi dalam pengaturan acara dan jumlah personil yang memenuhi kualifikasi masih terbatas. 5. Solusi pemecahan masalah terhadap kendala-kendala protokol seperti mengoptimalkan koordinasi dengan pihak-pihak yang bersangkutan, memaksimalkan personil yang ada dan merekrut tenaga baru sesuai kebutuhan dan meningkatkan koordinasi dengan instansi lain. 6. Strategi Protokol Daerah Kabupaten Deli Serdang mengatasi kendala-kendala kegiatan keprotokolan dengan beberapa hal seperti : merestrukturisasi staf dan pejabat struktural dengan personel yang mempunyai kompetensi dan berkomitmen terhadap tugas dan kewajibannya. Peningkatan kualitas SOM dan jumlah staf khusus. Pemberian reward terhadap pegawai berprestasi dan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi untuk meningkatkan kualitas SDM. Conclusion Based on the presentation of data and data analysis that has been described above, it can be concluded that: 1. The main tasks of the Protocol Section for the Deli Serdang Regency area to be carried out has been running well, seen from the activities carried out by the leadership and staff of the Public Relations and Running Protocol section without any hiccups or problems. Mistakes made by employees are dealt with quickly. 2. The protocol must be able to establish communication with several related parties. A protocol must also act as a mediator and coordinator. However, the role of a protocol is actually more than that, a protocol must be able to behave as a manager who set the course activities well. A protocol of course must coordinate with all parties involved. 3. Orders are given by the Head of Section, while the protocol staff is directly from Head of sub-section to provide guidance to all staff. The assignment protocol is the same as the employees and it takes turns getting it task as a whole. The problem is that there is no common perception in organizing events between fellow employees. In the implementation of activities whether employees are given tasks evenly. 4. Obstacles to problems that the protocol gets such as: not all media can publish information provided through press releases/websites, It is difficult to predict the intensity of VVf P guest visits, there is still no equation perceptions in organizing events and the number of personnel who meet Qualifications are still limited. 5. Troubleshooting solutions to protocol constraints such as optimizing coordination with the parties concerned, maximizing existing personnel and recruiting new personnel as needed and improve coordination with other agencies. 6. Regional Protocol Strategy for Deli Serdang Regency overcoming obstacles protocol activities with several things such as: restructuring staff and structural officials with personnel who have competence and committed to their duties and obligations. SOM quality improvement and number of specialized staff. Giving rewards to outstanding employees and utilize information technology to improve the quality of human resources. | en_US |
