dc.description.abstractProses penetapan sela di pengadilan dilakukan tatkala pokok perkara yang menjadi sengketa sedang diperiksa di tengah persidangan yang pada dasamya muncul dari masalah yang menyangkut jalannya pemeriksaan terhadap perkara, khususnya tatkala pada saat tergugat diberikan kesempatan untuk mengajukan eksepsi tentang kewenangan mengadili. Oleh majelis hakim memeriksa perkara perdata tersebut harus memutuskan putusan tentang eksepsi tersebut sebelum sidang dilanjutkan. The process of interlocutory determination in court is carried out when the main case is being a dispute is being examined in the middle of a trial that basically appears of matters relating to the course of the examination of the case, in particular when at the time the defendant was given the opportunity to file an exception regarding judicial authority. The panel of judges must examine the civil case make a decision on the exception before the trial continues.en_US
