Abstract

Pembangunan secara berkelanjutan menjadi fokus utama tujuan suatu negara, meski dalam menuju cita-cita pembangunan negara tidak selalu dapat terealisasi secara cepat dikarenakan kompleksitas permasalahan yang ada dalam menuju usaha-usaha pembangunan negara. Kompleksitas permasalahan yang saling terkait satu sama lainnya memerlukan kecermatan untuk dapat menghasilkan suatu atau beberapa kebijakan dalam hal fokus pembangunan yang akan menjadi prioritas negara.
