Abstract: | Pengaruh Budaya Kerja dan Kompensasi Langsung Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Universitas Muslim Nusaotara Al V.-ashliyah (UMN)" Medan, dimulai dari bulan Desember tahun 2012 sampai bulan Maret 2013. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya kerja dan kompensasi laogsung terhadap kinerja pegawai Universitas Muslim Nusantara Al Wasliyab (UMN) Medan. Berdasarkan Pertimbangan populasi dalam penelitian digunakan metode Purposive . Sampling, yaitu penarikan sampel dengan pertimbangan. Jumlah responden yang diambil · berjumlah 32 orang dari populasi I 07 orang pegawai/karyawan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif melalui survei. Sebagai alat analisis digunakan teknik koefisien korelasi Product moment dengan uji (rxy) dan diuji tingkat signifikan dengan Uji "t". Untuk mengumpulkan data digunakan instrumen dalam bentuk kuesioner dengan sistem scoring angka I ·sampai dengan a11gka 5 ( 5kala likert) Dari hasil perhitungan tabel diatas untuk Budaya Kerja t hitun~ = 7.656, dan Kompensasi Langsung t hitung = 5.371 sedangkan a= 0.05 dan sampel n= 32 diperoleh t tabel 2.042. Dengan demikian t hitung > t tabel yang artinya tolak Ho terima Ha, maka ada pengaruh Budaya Kerja (X1) dan Kompensasi Langsung (X2) Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (Y). Besarnya kontribusi pengaruh Kompensasi Langsung Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai dapat dilihat bahwa dari besarn~a R2 atau Rsquare yaitu 0.660 atau 66,0 %. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 34,0% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain, maka ada pengaruh Budaya Kerja (X1) dan Kompensasi Langsung (X2) Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (Y) kuat sebesar 0,66. Karena dari hasil penelitian di peroleh Budaya Kerja dan Kompensasi Langsung Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Universitas Muslim Nusantara Al-Washliyah dapat dilihat dari beberapa Indikator yang telah di teliti seperti, kerjasama, disiplin, tepat waktu, tidak terjadi konflik dalam bekerja, kenyamanan dalam bekerja, keamanan kerja, dan fasilitas kerja cukup. The Influence of Work Culture and Compensation Directly on Employee Performance at Nusaotara Muslim University Al V.-ashliyah (UMN)" Medan, starting from December 2012 to March 2013. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work culture and direct compensation on the performance of employees of the Muslim Nusantara University Al Wasliyab (UMN) Medan. Based on population considerations in the study, the purposive method was used. Sampling, namely taking samples with consideration. Number of respondents taken · totaling 32 people from the population I 07 employees / employees. Research methods that used is descriptive method through a survey. As an analytical tool used Product moment correlation coefficient technique with the (rxy) test and tested for significant level with the "t" test. To collect data used instruments in the form questionnaire with a scoring system of numbers I up to a11gka 5 (5 likert scale) From the calculation results of the table above for Work Culture t count~ = 7,656, and Compensation Immediately t count = 5.371 while a = 0.05 and sample n = 32 obtained t table 2.042. Thus t count > t table, which means that Ho accepts Ha, then there is influence Work Culture (X1) and Direct Compensation (X2) on Employee Performance (Y). The magnitude of the contribution of direct compensation to employee performance can be it can be seen that the magnitude of R2 or Rsquare is 0.660 or 66.0%. As for the rest 34.0% is influenced by other factors, so there is the influence of Work Culture (X1) and Direct Compensation (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) is strong at 0.66. Because from the research results obtained Work Culture and Direct Compensation for Performance Several employees at Nusantara Muslim University Al-Washliyah can be seen The indicators that have been examined include cooperation, discipline, timeliness, no conflict at work, comfort at work, job security, and adequate work facilities. |
