dc.description.abstract | Meskipun budaya perusahaan merupakan kunci sukses dalam tercapainya keunggulan daya saing, namun demikian tidak mudah mendefinisikan, mengukur dan mengatur budaya perusahaan yang terbentuk dari apa yang dipikirkan, dinilai dan diasumsikan oleh karyawan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui perbedaan persepsi tipe budaya organisasi ditinjau dari kriteria budaya dan nilai organisasi pada karyawan pimpinan dan operasional berdasarkan jenis komoditas di PTPN IV. Diukur menggunakan Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument dan Organization Value Survey yang dikembangkan oleh Cameron & Quinn dan McDonald & Gandz. Dengan Sampel penelitian berjumlah 430 orang yang terdiri dari 235 Karyawan Operasional dan 195 Karyawan Pimpinan hasil penelitiannya adalah 1) Terdapat perbedaan persepsi tipe budaya organisasi pada Karyawan Pimpinan dan Operasional berdasarkan keseluruhan komoditas. 2) Tidak Terdapat perbedaan persepsi tipe budaya organisasi pada Karyawan Pimpinan dan Operasional berdasarkan komoditas Kelapa Sawit. 3) Terdapat perbedaan persepsi tipe budaya organisasi pada Karyawan Pimpinan dan Operasional berdasarkan komoditas Teh. 4) Terdapat perbedaan persepsi tipe budaya organisasi pada Karyawan Pimpinan dan Operasional berdasarkan komoditas perbengkelan. 5) Tidak Terdapat perbedaan persepsi tipe budaya organisasi pada Karyawan Pimpinan dan Operasional berdasarkan unit pendukung. Hasil penelitian ini dapat dijadikan referensi pada perbaikan budaya perusahaan dan nilai organisasi yang sudah dimiliki saat ini. Although the corporate culture is the key to success in achieving competitive advantage, however, it is not easy to define, measure and regulate corporate culture that formed from what was considered, assessed and assumed by the employees. The purpose of this study was to determine differences in the perception of the type of organizational culture in terms of the organization's culture and values criteria between leaders and operation’s employees based on the type of commodity in PTPN IV. It was measured using the Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument and Organization Value Survey, developed by Cameron & Quinn and McDonald & Gandz. Samples included 430 people consisting of 235 operation’s employees and 195 Leaders, research were found that 1) There is perception’s difference of organizational culture’s type that is found in leaders and operation’s employees based on whole commodity. 2) There is no perception’s difference of organizational culture’s type that is found in leaders and operation’s employees based on palm oil commodity. 3) There is perception’s difference of organizational culture’s type that is found in leaders and operation’s employees based on tea commodity. 4) There is perception’s difference of organizational culture’s type that is found in leaders and operation’s employees based on workshop commodity. 5) There is no perception’s differences of organizational culture’s type that is found in leaders and operation’s employee based on supporting unit. The results can be used as a reference to the improvement of the corporate culture and values of the organization which already owned at this time. | en_US |
