dc.description.abstractDari hasil penelitian tersebut diketahui kinerja pegawai khususnya dari kalangan PNS pada Pembekalan Angkutan Daerah Militer I Bukit Barisan telah berjalan dengan baik, meskipun ada memiliki kelemahan seperti kurangnya kesempatan pegawai dari kalangan sipil untuk menduduki posisi pengambil keputusan. Dalam usaha meningkatkan keterampilan sekaligus kualitas kerja pegawai di Pembekalan Angkutan Daerah Militer I Bukit Barisan, perlu diberikan pendidikan dan latihan bagi setiap pegawai. Hal ini disebabkan rendahnya pelaksanaan pendidikan dan latihan setelah PNS bekerja di Pembekalan Angkutan Daerah Militer I Bukit Barisan. Berhasil tidaknya seorang pimpinan selaku pimpinan administrasi dalam menjalankan tugasnya pada organisasi, salah satunya yakni meningkatkan kualitas kerja para pegawai yang sebahagian besar dipengaruhi dan ditentukan oleh kecakapannya dalam memimpin bawahan. Pendidikan dan latihan mampu meningkatkan kinerja pegawai sebab dengan adanya pemberian pendidikan dan latihan maka pengetahuan, wawasan serta tata cara kerja pegawai akan dapat dikembangkan oleh masing-masing pribadinya. From the results of this study it is known that the performance of employees, especially from circles Civil servants in the Provision of Transport for Military Region I Bukit Barisan have been running well well, although there have drawbacks such as the lack of opportunities from employees civilians to occupy decision-making positions. In effort improve the skills as well as the quality of work of employees in the Provision of Transportation Military Region I Bukit Barisan, it is necessary to provide education and training for each employee. This is due to the low implementation of education and training after civil servants worked in the Provision of Transport for Military Region I Bukit Barisan. Success or not a leader as an administrative leader in carrying out his duties on organization, one of which is to improve the quality of work of employees who largely influenced and determined by his ability to lead subordinate. Education and training can improve employee performance because of the provision of education and training then knowledge, insight and procedures employee work will be developed by each individual.en_US
