dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara Self Efficacy dan Lingkungan Sekolah dengan Kedisiplinan Siswa. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini ada 3 yaitu: "Ada hubungan positif antara Self Efficacy dengan Kedisiplinan Siswa-Siswi", "Ada Hubungan Positif antara Lingkungan Sekolah dengan Kedisiplinan SiswaSiswi" dan "Ada hubungan positif antara Self Efficacy dan Lingkungan Sekolah dengan Kedisiplinan Siswa-Siswi." Dengan kata lain semakin tinggi Self Efficacy seseorang maka semakin tinggi pula kedisiplinan siswa, dan Semakin baik Lingkungan Sekolah maka semakin tinggi kedisiplinan siswa serta semakin tinggi self efficacy dan semakin baik lingkungan sekolah maka semakin tinggi kedisiplinan siswa-siwi, dan demikian sebaliknya. This study aims to see the relationship between Self Efficacy and School Environment with Student Discipline. There are 3 hypotheses in this study namely: "There is a positive relationship between Self Efficacy and Student Discipline", "There is a positive relationship between the school environment and student discipline" and "There is a positive relationship between Self Efficacy and School Environment with Student Discipline." In other words, the higher Self Efficacy someone, the higher the discipline of students, and the better School environment, the higher the discipline of students and the higher the self efficacy and the better the school environment, the higher the discipline students, and vice versa.en_US
