dc.description.abstractPeneliti memfokuskan penelitian di kantor kecamatan Langsa Barat Kota Langsa. Identifikasi masalah: kurang optimalnya pegawai kecamatan dalam memberikan pelayanan; Pelanggaran yang dilakukan pegawai dalam ketentuan jam kerja; kurangnya teguran ataupun sanksi dari pimpinan terhadap bawahannya yang melakukan pelanggaran; sarana dan prasarana yang kurang memadai; pelaksanaan tugas yang tidak efisien. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penulisan Tesis ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan induktif. Populasi data ini adalah seluruh aparat Kantor Kecamatan langsa Barat yang berjumlah 34 orang. Untuk teknik pengumpulan data dalam Tesis ini menggunakan wawancara, dokumentasi, observasi, dan triangulasi data. Menggunakan teori kinerj a yang dikemukakan oleh Agus Dwiyanto (2006) yaitu: Produktivitas, Kualitas Layanan, Responsivitas, Resposibilitas dan Akuntabilitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masih ada tumpang tindih pekerjaan yang terjadi, kualitas pegawai belum menunjukkan kinerja yang maksimal, pengetahuan pegawai terhadap pekerjaannya sudah cukup baik, kreativitas dan kerjasama yang belum optimal se!1ingga mcnghambat pekerjaan, Penampilan pegawai menunjukkan performa yang baik dalam melayani masyarakat. Hal ini menunjukkan keseriusan pegawai dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Akuntabilitas dilihat dari tingkat ketelitian pegawai dalam melaksanakan tugasnya sudah cukup baik. Artinya pemberi layanan sudah cukup mampu menyediakan layanan dengan teliti terhadap produk layanan yang di hasilkan. Kesimpulanny'a kinerja pegawai kecamatan Langsa Barat belum sepenuhnya optimal; Saran: perlunya memenuhi segala aspek sarana dan prasarana yang belum memadai, perlunya meningkatkan motivasi untuk kesadaran dan tanggung jawab masing-masing pegawai, perlunya pengawasan yang ketat dan tegas bagi pegawai yang melanggar aturan, perlu adanya peningkatan kualitas pegawai dan pemberian penghargaan kepada pegawai yang bekerja rajin dan profesional sehingga dapat mengoptimalkan pelayanan. Researchers focused their research on the district office of Langsa west, East Langsa city. Problem identification: less optimal sub-district staff in providing services; Violations committed by employees in the provisions of working hours; Lack of reprimand or sanction from the leadership against his I her subordinates; Inadequate facilities and infrastructure; Execution of inefficient tasks. The research method used in the writing of this thesis is qualitative with inductive approach. The population of this data is all officers of Langsa west District Office which amounted to 34 people. For data collection techniques in this Thesis use interview, documentation, observation, and data triangulation. Using performance theory proposed by Agus Dwiyanto (2006) are: Productivity, Service Quality, Responsiveness, Responsibility and Accountability. The results showed that there is still overlap of work that occurs, the quality of employees has not shown the maximum performance, employee knowledge of his work is quite good, Creativity and cooperation that has not been optimal so that hampering the work, Appearance of employees shows good performance in serving the community. This shows the seriousness of employees in providing services to the community. Accountability seen from the level of accuracy of employees in performing their duties is good enough. This means that the service provider is capable enough to provide careful services to the products that are produced. In conclusion, the performance of Langsa west sub-district employees is not yet fully optimal; Suggestion: the need to meet all aspects of facilities and infrastructure that have not been adequate, the need to increase motivation for awareness and responsibility of each employee, The need for strict and strict supervision for employees who violate the rules, the need to improve the quality of employees and rewarding employees who work diligently and professionally so as to optimize services.en_US
