dc.description.abstract | Pelayanan publik terhadap masyarakat seyogyanya memberikan kemudahan dan memberikan manfaat yang besar bagi keberlangsungan hidup masyarakat serta memberikan birokrasi yang bersih baik dalam memberikan pelayanan ataupun melayani masyarakat, dalam kepengurusan Izin Mendirikan Bangunan (IMB) setaip pegawai dituntut maksimal dalam memberikan informasi ataupun pelayanan yang diberikan kepada masyarakat. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah Bagaimana proses pelayanan Izin Mendirikan Bangunan (IMB) dan profesionalisme pegawai dalaw memberikan pelayanan IMB pada Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Perizinan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kabupaten Tapanuli Utara. Penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif, dan teknik analisis data menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif. Formulation of the problem in research This is how the service process for Building Permits (IMB) and professionalism of employees in providing IMB services to the Department Investment and One-Stop Integrated Licensing Services for the Regency North Tapanuli.
