Analisis Kinerja Pemerintah Kecamatan Pemerintah Kecamatan dalam Program Pemberdayaan Kecamatan (Studi Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dalam Pencegahan Stunting di Kecamatan Banda Alam Kabupaten Aceh Timur)

Abstract

Dari pengamatan yang penulis lakukan ada indikasi menunjukkan bahwa peranan Kecamatan dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat belum dilakukan secara optimal eli Kecamatan Banda Alam Kabupaten Aceh Timur. Pada tesis ini yang akan diteliti adalah kinerja Kecamatan Banda Alam dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat untuk mencegah stunting yang pada tahun 2019 terdapat lebih dari 250 kasus stunting sehingga menjadi masalah yang cukup serius dihadapi oleh pemerintah Kecamatan Banda Alam. Stunting (pendek) merupakan salah satu masalah gizi yang dihadapi eli dunia khususnya eli negara berkembang seperti Indonesia. Berdasarkan latar belakang masalah, maka perumusan masalah pada penelitian ini adalah bagaimaua kinerja Pemerintah Kecamatan Banda Alam Kabupaten Aceh Timur pada Program Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dalam Pencegahan Stunting dan apakah hambatan yang dihadapi Pemerintah Kecamatan Banda Alam. Adapun penelitian ini eli lakukan dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja Pemerintah Kecamatan Banda Alam Kabupaten Aceh Timur pada Program Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dalam Pencegahan Stunting dan menganalisis hambatan yang dihadapi. Berdasarkan uraian hasil penelitian dan pembahasan yang telah diuraikan pada bab sebelumnya, maka dalam penulisan tesis ini dapat ditarik kesimpulan mengenai kinerja Pemerintah Kecamatan Banda Alam Kabupaten Aceh Timur berdasarkan indikator kemampuan terlihat cukup baik, indikator motivasi diri pegawai tidak baik, indikator individu masih ada sikap dan perilaku pegawai yang ticlak bertanggungjawab, serta dilihat dari inclikator lingkungan organisasi terlihat kinerja sudah baik. From the observations the author made there are indications that the role of the Sub-district in community empowerment has not been carried out optimally in the Banda Alam Sub-District, East Aceh District. In this thesis what will be examined is the performance of Banda A lam District in community empowerment to prevent stunting which in 2019 there were more than 250 cases of stunting so that it became a serious problem faced by the Banda A lam District government. Stunting (short) is one of the nutritional problems faced in the world, especially in developing countries like Indonesia. Based on the background of the problem, the formulation of the problem in this study is how the performance of the Banda Alam District Government of East Aceh District in the Community Empowerment Program in Prevention of Stunting and what obstacles are faced by the Banda Alam District Government. The research was carried out with the aim of analyzing the performance of the Banda A lam District Government of East Aceh District on the Community Empowerment Program in Stunting Prevention and analyzing the obstacles faced. Based on the description of the results of research and discussion that has been described in the previous chapter, then in writing this thesis a conclusion can be drawn regarding the performance of the Banda Alam District Government c;fEast Aceh District based on indicators of ability to look quite good, indicators of employee self-motivation are not good, individual indicators still have attitudes and the behavior of irresponsible employees, as well as seen fi'om the indicators of the organization's environment looks good performance.
