dc.description.abstract | Pompa adalah mesin fluida yang banyak digunakan dalam mengalirkan fluida incompresible dari tempat rendah ke tempat yang lebih tinggi. Zat cair hanya mengalir bila terdapat perbedaan tekanan tertentu. Untuk membangkitkan perbedaan tekanan tersebut dapat dibantu oleh pompa. Pompa sentrifugal mempunyai impeller untuk mengangkat zat cair dari tempat yang lebih rendah ke tempat yang Iebih tinggi. Head akan menarik zat cair karena daya dari luar diberikan kepada poros pompa untuk memutar impeller didalam zat cair. Pengamb-ilan data yang dilakukan secara deskriftif, dimana dalam penelitian ukuran diameter impeller bervariasi yaitu 56 mm, 5 8 mm dan 60 mm. Proses yang dilakukan dalam metode eksperimen ini menghasilkan variabel yang nilainya terdapat perubahan akibat perbedaan ukuran diameter impeller yaitu tekanan pompa, kapasitas pompa dan daya pompa. Perubahan ini dapat diliihat pengaruhnya terhadap peiformance pada pompa. Efisiensi pompa terjadi kenaikan sesuai dengan besar diameter impeller pada pompa sentrifugal. Pump is a fluid machine that is widely used in flowing fluids incompressible from a lower place to a higher place. Liquid only flows when there is a certain pressure difference. To generate differences This pressure can be assisted by a pump. Centrifugal pumps have an impeller to lift liquids from a lower place to a higher place. The head will pull the liquid because external power is given to the pump shaft to rotate the impeller in the liquid. Data retrieval carried out online descriptive, where in the study the size of the impeller diameter varied, namely 56 mm, 5 8mm and 60mm. The process carried out in this experimental method produces a variable whose value changes due to differences in size impeller diameter namely pump pressure, pump capacity and pump power. This change can be seen its effect on the performance of the pump. Pump efficiency increases according to the diameter of the impeller in the pump centrifugal. | en_US |
