Analisis Kelayakan Pendapatan Jamur Tiram di UMKM Timbul Rahayu (Studi Kasus: Umkm Timbul Rahayu, Kabupaten Mandailing Natal)

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat pendapatan jamur tiram di UMKM Timbul Rahayu, megetahui faktor-faktor pendapatan jamur tiram di UMKM Timbul Rahayu dan mengetahui kelayayakan usaha jamur tiram pada UMKM Timbul Rahayu. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Usaha Jamur Pak Timbul yang terletak di Jalan Lintas Timur Kabupaten Mandailing Natal. Lokasi ini dipilih secara sengaja (purposive) dengan pertimbangan hanya terdapat satu UMKM Jamur yang terdapat di Kabupaten Mandailing Natal. Waktu penelitian ini akan dilaksanakan pada bulan September 2022. Metode pemilihan sampel menggunakan metode sampel jenuh karena hanya ada 1 UMKM jamur tiram di daerah penelitian. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendapatan bersih usaha jamur tiram UMKM Timbul Rahayu sebesar Rp. 8.158.411,71/bulan. Secara parsial dan simultan biaya bibit (X1), biaya serbuk gergaji (X2), biaya kapur (X3) dan biaya tenaga kerja (X4) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan usaha jamur tiram UMKM Timbul Rahayu. Usaha jamur tiram UMKM Timbul Rahayu memiliki R/C rasio sebesar 1,71 lebih besar dari 1, sehingga disimpulkan bahwa usaha jamur tiram UMKM Timbul Rahayu layak diusahakan karena menguntungkan secara ekonomis. This study aims to determine the level of oyster mushroom income in the Timbul Rahayu UMKM, find out the factors of oyster mushroom income in the Timbul Rahayu UMKM and find out the feasibility of the oyster mushroom business in the Timbul Rahayu UMKM. This research was conducted at Pak Timbul's Mushroom Business which is located on Jalan Lintas Timur, Mandailing Natal Regency. This location was chosen purposively with the consideration that there was only one Mushroom UMKM in Mandailing Natal Regency. The time of this research will be carried out in September 2022. The sample selection method uses the saturated sample method because there is only 1 oyster mushroom MSME in the study area. Data analysis used descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the net income of the oyster mushroom business of UMKM Timbul Rahayu was Rp. 8.158.411,71/month. Partially and simultaneously seed costs (X1), sawdust costs (X2), lime costs (X3) and labor costs (X4) have a significant effect on the income of the oyster mushroom business of the Timbul Rahayu UMKM oyster mushroom business. The oyster mushroom business of UMKM Timbul Rahayu has an R/C ratio of 1.71 greater than 1, so it can be concluded that the oyster mushroom business of UMKM Timbul Rahayu is feasible because it is economically profitable.
