Mengembangkan Percaya Diri Dan Kerjasama Anak Melalui Bermain Peran Di RA Yaspend El Hidayah Sunggal

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan percaya diri dan kerjasama melalui bermain peran pada anak di RA Yaspend El Hidayah Sunggal Deli Serdang Tahun Ajaran 2015/2016. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) menggunakan model Kemmis & Mc Taggart. Penelitian dilakukan dalam 2 siklus. siklus I dilaksanakan dalam dua kali tindakan. Karena belum memenuhi target penelitian yaitu 75%, maka penelitian dilanjutkan kepada siklus II dengan satu kali tindakan. Subjek penelitian yaitu anak kelompok B-2 di RA Yaspend El Hidayah berjumlah 28 anak yang terdiri dari 14 anak laki-laki dan 14 anak perempuan. Objek penelitian ini yaitu percaya diri dan kerjasama. Instrumen penelitian percaya diri meliputi berani tampil, mampu mengerjakan tugas sendiri, berani menjawab pertanyaan dan bangga terhadap hasil karyanya, dan kerjasama meliputi tanggung jawab, saling berkontribusi dan pengerahan kemampuan secara maksimal. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis dapat diterima, yaitu bahwa bermain peran dapat mengembangkan percaya diri dan kerjasama anak. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan dari hasil observasi sebelum tindakan diperoleh persentase anak yang berkembang sesuai Harapan (BSH) untuk percaya diri sebesar 0% dan pada pelaksanaan siklus II meningkat menjadi 82,1%. Begitu juga dengan kerjasama, dari hasil observasi sebelum tindakan diperoleh persentase anak yang berkembang sesuai harapan (BSH) sebesar 0% dan pada pelaksanaan siklus II meningkat menjadi 75%. This research aims to develop confidence and cooperation through role play for children in RA Yaspend El Hidayah Sunggal Deli Serdang Academic Year 2015/2016. This type of research is the Classroom Action Research (PTK) using the model Kemmis & Mc Taggart. The study was conducted in two cycles. The first cycle performed in two acts. Because the research is not yet meet the target of 75%, the study continued to the second cycle with one action. Subject of research that children in group B-2 in RA Yaspend El Hidayah totaling 28 children consisted of 14 boys and 14 girls. The object of this research are confidence and cooperation. The research instruments include dared confident, able to do the work themselves, the courage to answer the question and proud of their work, and the cooperation includes the responsibility, contribute to each other and deployment capabilities to the fullest. Methods of data collection is done through observation. Technique of the data analyzing using descriptive, qualitative and quantitative. These results indicate that the hypothesis can be accepted, namely, that role play can develop children's confidence and cooperation. This is evident from the observation before action is obtained the percentage of children who develop according to expectations (BSH) to confidently at 0% and the implementation of the second cycle increased to 82.1%. So also with the cooperation, the observation before action is obtained the percentage of children who develop according to expectations (BSH) at 0% and the implementation of the second cycle increased to 75%.
