3) Kombinasi Napthalene Acetic Acid (NAA) dan Benzyl Amino Purin (BAP) memberikan pengaruh sangat nyata pada kentang terhadap jumlah eksplan berkalus dan jumlah eksplan berakar sedangkan terhadap jumlah persentase (%) hidup eksplan tidak berpengaruh nyata Potatoes (Solanum tuberosum L.) is one of the food crop commodities that are very potential as a source of carbohydrates. The study aimed to determine the effects of Napthalene Acetic Acid (NAA) and Benzyl Amino Purine (BAP) on morphogenesis in the Olympus potato plant. The study used a Complete RandomIzed Design (CRD) factorial consisting of two factors. Thefirst factor is the concentration of NAA with 4 levels, namely: N0 = 0 (Control), N1 = 0,75 ppm, N2 = 1,25 ppm, N3 = 2,5 ppm. The second factor is the concentration of BAP with 4 levels, namely: B0 = 0 (Control), B1 = 1 ppm, B2 = 2 ppm, B3 = 3 ppm. The results obtainedin the study, namely: 1) The administration of Napthalene Acetic Acid (NAA)in MS media has not had a very real effect on the number of live percentage explans, the number of rooted explans and the number of striped explants in potatoes 2) The administration of Benzyl Amino Purines (BAP) in MS media has a very real effect on potatoes on the number of live percention explan, the number of rooted explan, the number of excess excesses. 3) The combination of Napthalene Acetic Acid (NAA) and Benzyl Amino Purines (BAP) exerts a very noticeable influence on potatoes on the number of calculated explans and the number of rooted explans whereas against the percentage (%) of live explan has no real effect. | en_US |
