Abstract: | Badan Perwakilan Desa (BPD) yang ada selama ini berubah namanya menjadi Badan Pennusyawaratan Desa sebagai wujud dari Demokrasi dan Otonomi Desa. BPD berfungsi menetapkan Peraturan Desa bersama Kepala Desa, menampung dan menyalurkan aspirasi masyarakat, oleh karenanya BPD sebagai badan pennusyawaratan yang berasal dari masyarakat desa, disamping menjalankan fungsinya sebagai jembatan penghubung antara kepala desa dengan masyarakat desa, juga harus menjalankan fungsi utamanya, yakni fungsi representasi The existing Village Representative Body (BPD) has changed its name become a Village Consultative Body as a form of Democracy and Autonomy Village. The BPD functions to establish Village Regulations together with the Village Head, accommodate and channel the aspirations of the community, therefore BPD as a consultative body that comes from the village community, in addition to running Its function is as a bridge between the village head and the community Villages must also carry out their main function, namely the function of representation |
