Abstract:	Mengenai Implementasi Pelaksanaan Peraturan Daerah tentang APBD Kabupaten Deli Serdang tahun 2012, maka metode pendekatan yang digunakan adalah deskriptif analisis yaitu seluruh data yang diperoleh baik data primer yakni hasil wawancara dengan Sekretaris DPRD Kabupaten Deli Serdang, Kasubbag Anggaran Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Deli Serdang, Tim Anggaran Pemerintah Daerah dan Badan Anggaran DPRD Kabupaten Deli Serdang maupun data skunder dianalisis. Regarding the Implementation of Regional Regulations concerning Regency APBD Deli Serdang in 2012, the approach used was descriptive analysis, namely all data obtained, including primary data, namely the results of interviews with Secretary of the Deli Serdang Regency DPRD, Head of the Budget Subdivision of the DPRD Secretariat Deli Serdang Regency, Regional Government Budget Team and DPRD Budget Agency Deli Serdang Regency and secondary data were analyzed.
