Pengaruh Koordinasi terhadap Efisiensi Kerja pada Kantor Dinas Sosial Propinsi Daerah Tingkat I Sumatera Utara

Abstract

Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah Bagaimanakah pengaruh koordinasi terhadap efisiensi kerja. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah : Untuk mengetahui, sejauhmana korelasi pengaruh koordinasi terhadap efisiensi kerja, dan untuk mengetahui apakah diantara para pegawai yang ada di Kantor Dinas Sosial Propinsi Daerah Tingkat I Sumatera Utara ini menjalankan kooordinasi. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini adalah : Jika koordinasi dapat dilakukan dengan baik pada Kantor Dinas Sosial Propinsi Daetah Tingkat I Sumatera Utara maka efisiensi kerja dapat dilakukan dengan baik". Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan rumus perhitungan korelasi product inoment untuk membuktikan kebenaran dari data yang telah terkumpul secara kuantitatif. Sebagai kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh antara' koordinasi dengan efisien kerja pada Kantor Dinas Sosial Propinsi Daerah Tingkat I Sumatera Utara. The problem in this research is what is the influence of coordination on work efficiency.
