dc.description.abstractPromosi jabatan dilakukan untuk mengoptimalkan sumber daya manusia yang dimiliki organisasi, selain itu promosi jabatan bertujuan untuk meregenasi sumber daya manusia dalam organisasi demi kelangsungan organisasi tersebut. Peelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh promosi jabatan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Herfinta Farm & Plant Kantor Pusat Medan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh di PT. Herfinta Farm Plant Kantor Pusat Medan yang berjumlah 32 orang. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh . karyawan di PT. Herfinta Farm Plantations Kantor Utama Medan yang berjumlah 32 orang. Jenis sampel yang digunakan adalah Sampling jenuh. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan terhadap 32 responden menunjukkan bahwa Promosi Jabatan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Herfinta Farm & Plant Medan. hasil analisi diperoleh angka ttabel sebesar 0,683. sehingga t11i1ung> t1abel (l.375>0.683) dan angka signifikansi promosi jabatan (X) menunjukkan 0.05 (0.001 <0.05), artinya dengan meningkatkan jumlah promosi jabatan maka kinerja karyawan akan semakin meningkat. Promotion Office is done to optimize human resources owned by the Organization, besides Promotion Office aims to meregenasi human resources in organizations for the sake of the continuity of the organization. It aims to find out the outstanding research into the influence of promotional Office on performance of employees at PT Herfinta Farm & Plant Headquarters Field. Type of this research is quantitative research. The population of this research are all over at PT Herfinta Farm Plant a Field Headquarters amounted to 32 people. The sample of this research is all employees at PT Herfinta Farm Plantations main office field amounted to 32 people. The sample type used is a Sampling of saturated. The results of the research that has been conducted against 32 respondents pointed out that the promotion of the position of a positive and signtficant effect on performance of employees at PT Herfinta & Plant Farm Field. the results of the analysis obtained the number ttabel of 0. 683. so thitung > t1abet (1 ,375 > 0.683) Promotion Office of the significance and the number (X) indicates 0. 05 (0. 001 < 0. 05), meaning that it increases the amount of promotion with tenure then the performance of employees will be increased.en_US
