Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Disiplin Kerja Guru SMA di Perguruan Swasta Kesatria Medan

Abstract

Fokus Penelitian ini adalah Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Terhadap Disiploin Kerja Guru SMA di Perguruan Swasta Kesatria Medan. Dengan rumusan masalah yaitu apakah gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap disiplin kerja guru, dan faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi disiplin kerja guru. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap disiplin kerja guru. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Kuantitatif dengan pendekatan Asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru SMA Kesatria Medan yang berjumJah 15 guru dari seluruh bidang studi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara penyebaran angket/kuesioner dan observasi. Teknik sampling menggunakan teknik pengujian data, yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi uji validitas dengan analisis faktor, uji korelasi product moment, uji signifikan dengan rumus t, uji determinan, untuk menguji seberapa besar pengaruh antara variabel X dengan variabel Y. Berdasarkan skor yang didapat dari hasi1 penelitian menunjukan bahwa, adanya pengaruh yang signifikan antara gaya kepemimpinan terhadap disiplin kerja guru, dengan koefisien korelasi yang didapat sebesar 0,514 yang menunjukkan angka r hitung berada antara 0,80 - 1,000 yang menjelaskan bahwa hubungan sangat kuat. Dengan demikian dapat diketahui bahwa variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan memberikan kontribusi sebesar 81% terhadap Disiplin Kerja Guru. The focus of this study is the Effect of Leadership Style Disiploin Against High School Teacher Job in Private Colleges Warrior Field . With the formulation of the problem is whether the leadership style affect the work discipline of teachers , and what factors affect teachers' work discipline . The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the leadership style of the work discipline of teachers . The method used in this study is a quantitative method with Associative approach . The population in this study is a high school teacher Knights totaling 15 teachers from all subject areas . Data collected by means of questionnaires the spread of I questionnaires and observation . Sampling techniques using the data of testing techniques , which are used in this study include testing the validity of the factor analysis , product moment correlation test, a significant test with the formula t , the determinant test , to test how much influence the variable X with the variable Y. Based on the scores obtained from results showed that, the existence of significant influence of leadership style on teacher work discipline , with a correlation coefficient of 0.514 is obtained for r indicates the number count is between 0.80 to 1.000 which explains that the relationship is very strong . Thus it can be seen that the leadership style variables accounted for 81 % of the Discipline Teacher Working.
