dc.description.abstract | Pelumasan pada mesin sangat penting karena tanpa pelumasan maka komponen-komponen mesin akan mengalami gesekan secara langsung sehingga dapat menimbuilkan keausan yang berlebihan dan merusak komponen-komponen mesin yang sangat vital. Sistem pelumasan pada mesin kendaraan roda empat menggunakan system pelumasan tekan yang terdiri dari beberapa komponen utama seperti oil pan, oil pump, oil filter, indikator tekanan oli, dan sistem pengatur tekanan oli. Sistem ini memanfaatkan hisapan dan tekanan pompa oli pelumas tipe internal gear untuk mensirkulasikan oli pelumas ke seluruh komponen-komponen mesin yang saling bersinggungan. Penggunaan minyak pelumas harus menggunakan kualitas oli yang baik sesuai dengan spesifikasi yang ditentukan sehingga tidak menimbulkan kerusakan pada komponen-komponen mesin. Gangguan-gangguan yang sering terjadi pada sistem pelumasan adalah tekanan oli yang terlalu rendah, tekanan oli yang . terlalu tinggi, pemakaian oli boros, dan oli berubah menjadi encer. Usaha pencegahan terjadinya kerusakan pada sistem pelumasan adalah dengan melakukan perawatan dan penggantian komponen-komponen sistem pelumasan pada mesin. Lubrication in the engine lubrication is very important because without the engine components will have direct friction so that it can menimbuilkan excessive wear and damage engine components that are vital. Lubrication system on four wheel drive machines using tap lubrication system, which consists of several main components such as oil pan, oil pump, oil filter, oil pressure indicator, and oil pressure regulating system. These systems use the suction and pressure type lubricating oil pump to circulate the internal gear lubricant to all engine components that intersect each other. The use of lubricating oils must use good quality oil in accordance with specifications defined so as not to cause damage to engine components. Disturbances that often occur in the lubrication system is too low oil pressure, oil pressure is too high, wasteful use of oil, and oil turned into a liquid. Prevention of damage to the lubrication system is to perform maintenance and replacement of components in the engine lubrication system. | en_US |
