dc.description.abstractMesin internal mixer skala laboratorium adalah mesin pencampur karbon aktif 25gram dengan biji Polypropylene (PP)25gram, yang menggunakan tenaga motor listrik sebagai motor penggeraknya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mencapai pencampuran yang homogen dan mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh suhu,putaran, dan waktu terhadap hasil pencampuran pada mesin internal mixer skala laboratorium. Proses penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara menganalisis kinerja dari mesin internal mixer yang terdiri dari suhu pada barrel, putaran, dan waktu. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah 𝐻1 atau data bersifat heterogen karena dari hasil pengolahan data didapatkan F hitung sebesar 34,98 sedangkan F tabel sebesar 5,14. Maka F hitung > F tabel jadi pencampuran biji Polypropylene 25gram dan karbon aktif 25gram bersifat heterogen. The laboratory-scale internal mixing machine is a mixing machine for 25 grams of activated carbon with 25 grams of polypropylene (PP) ore, which uses an electric motor as its driving force. The purpose of this research is to achieve homogeneous mixing and to find out how the influence of temperature, rotation, and time on the results of mixing in laboratory-scale internal mixer machines. The research process was carried out by analyzing the internal performance of the mixer machine which consisted of barrel temperature, rotation, and time. The results of this study are H_1 or heterogeneous data because the results of data processing obtained an F count of 34.98 while an F table of 5.14. Then F count > F table, so that mixing 25 grams of propylene seed and 25 grams of activated carbon is heterogeneous.en_US
