dc.description.abstract | Penggunaan plastik di indonesia sangatlah besar pada industri makanan dan minuman, terdapat 892 industri kemasan plastik yang mendapakan rigid packaging, flexible packaging thermoforming, dan extrusion dengan kapasitas yang diperoleh yaitu kurang lebih 23,5 juta ton per tahun dengan utilitas sebesar 70%, dan produksi rata-rata yang didapat industri kemasan plastik yaitu sebesar 1,65 juta ton per tahunMetode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini secara kuantitatif. Tempat yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini direncanakan yaitu: bengkel Star Mesin di Jl. Menteng Vll Gg. Wakaf No.10, Medan Tenggara, kec. Medan Denai, Kota Medan, Sumatra Utara 20227.Dengan mengukur volume menggunakan gelas ukur dengan volume mula-mula 30ml dan setiap produk dimasukan kedalam gelas ukur untuk mengukur volume. pada pembuatan pertama pada suhu 1600C memiliki volume 3ml, pembuatan kedua pada suhu 1800C memiliki volume 5ml dan pembuatan ketiga pada suhu 2000C memiliki volume 4ml. suhu yang tepal pembuatan produk tutup botol jenis pp 1800C memiliki titik lebur tepat, pembuatan pada suhu 160oC memiliki cacat produk yang dimana roduk tutup botol tidak rata kurang rapi, pada pembuatan ketiga 2000C memiliki kualitas produk yang rapuh mudah pecah dan retak. The use of plastic in Indonesia is very large in the food and beverage industry, there are 892 plastic packaging industries that get rigid packaging, flexible packaging thermoforming, and extrusion with a capacity obtained of approximately 23.5 million tons per year with utility of 70%, and the average production obtained by the plastic packaging industry is 1.65 million tons per yearThe method used in this study quantitatively. The place used in this study is planned, namely: Star Mesin workshop on Jl. Menteng Vll Gg. Waqf No.10, Southeast Medan, Medan Denai District, Medan City, North Sumatra 20227.By measuring volume using a measuring cup with a volume of at first 30ml and each product is put into a measuring cup to measure volume. the first manufacture at 1600C has a volume of 3ml, the second manufacture at 1800C has a volume of 5ml and the third manufacture at 2000C has a volume of 4ml. The tepal temperature of the manufacture of PP 1800C type bottle cap products has the right melting point, manufacture at a temperature of 1600C has product defects where the bottle cap rod is uneven, less neat, in the third manufacture 2000C has fragile product quality, easily broken and cracked. | en_US |
