Abstract: Beberapa ahli mendefinisikan konsep diri ialah penilaian pada diri sendiri meliputi citra diri, ideal diri, harga diri, identitas diri dan peran diri. Setiap orang memiliki konsep diri dan konsep diri dari setiap orang berbeda-beda. Penelitian ini membahas konsep diri remaja mantan penyalahguna narkoba yang masih mengikuti masa rehabilitasi di Lembaga Rehabilitasi Pencegahan Penyalahgunaan Narkotika Bayangkara Indonesia (LRPPN-BI), Medan. Penyebab remaja mantan penyalahguna narkoba terlibat narkoba ialah dorongan coba-coba, pengaruh teman sesama penyalahguna narkoba, faktor psikologis dan kondisi keluarga yang tidak harmonis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini ialah MAS, JD, LF, WE dan FD. Kelima remaja ini ialah mantan penyalahguna narkoba dengan rentang usia 18-21 tahun. Metode pengumpulan data penelitian ialah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa semula kelima remaja penyalahguna narkoba memiliki konsep diri negatif, lalu selama mengikuti rehabilitasi di Lembaga LRPPN-BI, Medan secara berangsurangsur berubah ke arah positif disertai dengan kondisi fisik yang makin sehat, percaya diri, belajar mengendalikan, berinteraksi sosial, ikut kegiatan spiritual dan berkomitmen tidak lagi menyalahgunakan narkoba. Some experts define self-concept as self-assessment includes self-image, self-ideal, self-esteem, self-identity and self-role. Each person Each person has a self-concept and the self-concept is different. Study This study discusses the self-concept of teenagers who are former drug abusers and who are still drug abusers following a rehabilitation period at the Abuse Prevention Rehabilitation Institute Indonesian Bayangkara Narcotics (LRPPN-BI), Medan. Causes of ex-teens Drug abusers get involved in drugs through trial and error and the influence of friends fellow drug abusers, psychological factors and family conditions that are not harmonious. This study uses a qualitative method. The subject of this research namely MAS, JD, LF, WE and FD. These five teenagers are former abusers drugs with an age range of 18-21 years. Research data collection methods namely observation, interviews and documentation. The research results found that Initially, the five teenage drug abusers had a negative self-concept, then while attending rehabilitation at the LRPPN-BI Institute, Medan in stages change in a positive direction accompanied by an increasingly healthy physical condition, self-confidence, learning to control, interacting socially, participating in spiritual activities and committed to no longer abusing drugs.
