Pengolahan kelapa sawit membutuhkan energi untuk mengekstraksi minyak sawit dan inti sawit. Energi tersebut berbentuk uap yang berperan da/am proses kimia, proses fisika dan mekanika. The development of oil palm cultivation technology has led to changes in the characteristics of palm fruit bunches, which require technology processing that supports increased oil and core extraction efficiency as much as possible.
