dc.description.abstract | Saat ini, kebutuhan untuk menggunakan plastik dan kemajuan teknologi manufaktur untuk bahan itu sendiri mendorong permintaan masyarakat akan plastik, dan perkembangan teknologi semakin meningkatkan persaingan di segala bidang. bidang industri. Untuk saat ini, industri plastik harus mampu mengatasi masalah yang muncul. Menghasilkan produk yang berkualitas, tentunya sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat. Oleh karena itu, industri plastik perlu meningkatkan produksi dari segi kualitas dan kuantitas. Dengan cara ini, plastik secara perlahan dapat menggantikan besi dan baja karena sifat mampu cetak yang baik dan ringan. Dalam penelitian ini, sebagai metode penelitian, kami menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan melakukan survei, pengumpulan data dan penelitian lapangan terkait tema penelitian. Setelah data terkumpul, langkah selanjutnya adalah pembuatan alat uji. Dari hasil fabrikasi cetakan, cetakan berbentuk botol 30 ml dengan dimensi 105 mm x 40 mm, saluran masuk ø 6 mm, saluran keluar 3 mm, dan cetakan terbuat dari bahan alumunium. Cetakan ini disebut dengan sistem 3 plate dan cetakan terdiri dari 3 bagian utama yang di bagi menjadi 3 bagian. Hasil cetakan yang baik dan ideal diperoleh dengan material HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) dengan parameter kecepatan injeksi 8 rpm dan temperatur 190 °C. In this research, as a research method, we adopt a quantitative method by survey, data collection and fieldwork related to the research theme. Once the data is collected, the next step in manufacturing test equipment is complete. From the results of mold fabrication, the mold is in the shape of a 30 ml bottle with dimensions of 105 mm x 40 mm, inlet ø 6 mm, outlet channel 3 mm, and the mold is made of aluminium. This mold is called a 3-plate system and the mold consists of 3 main parts he divided into 3 parts.
