Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Hubungan Kepribadian Millon dengan Work Family Conflict Perawat Di Rs Citra Medika. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini adalah: ada hubungan antara kepribadian dengan work family conflict. Diasumsikan bahwa semakin baik kepribadian maka akan semakin rendah work family conflict atau sebaliknya kepribadian buruk maka akan meningkatkan work family conflict. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 85 Perawat sudah menikah RS Citra Medika dapun teknik yang dipakai peneliti yaitu dengan tekhnik purposive sampling. Pada penelitian ini teknik pengumpulan data diukur dengan menggunakan Skala Likert. Metode analis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah regresi dari Karl Pearson. Berdasarkan uji kontribusi diketahui bahwa tipe keribadian Dependent memiliki konstribusi terbesar terhadap work family conflict yakni 10.90%, tipe kepribadian selanjunya adalah Obsessive Compulsive sebesar 6,79%, kemudian tipe kepribadian Avoidant 6,48%. This study aims to determine the relationship between Millon's personality and the work family conflict of nurses at Citra Medika Hospital. The type of research used in this study is a quantitative approach. The hypothesis in this study is: there is a relationship between personality and work family conflict. It is assumed that the better the personality, the lower the work family conflict or vice versa, the worse the personality, the higher the work family conflict. The sample used in this study were 85 married nurses at Citra Medika Hospital. The technique used by researchers was purposive sampling technique. In this study, data collection techniques were measured using a Likert Scale. The data analysis method used in this study is the regression of Karl Pearson. Based on the contribution test, it is known that the Dependent personality type has the greatest contribution to work family conflict, namely 10.90%, the next personality type is Obsessive Compulsive at 6.79%, then the Avoidant personality type is 6.48%.
