dc.description.abstract | Penulisan skripsi ini adalah merupakan lanjutan dari pengembangan atau modifikasi peralatan pengujian di Laboratorium Prestasi Mesin Jurusan Teknik Mesin Universitas Medan Area. Pengembangan yang dilakukan disini adalah meneruskan penelitian pada alat pengujian pengukur torsi pada motor bensin, dimana alat ini berfungsi sebagai pengukur perubahan putaran motor bensin terhadap beban yang diberikan sehingga torsi motor bensin dapat diukur. Dengan adanya pengembangan alat ini diharapkan mahasiswa dapat lebih memahami pengaruh beban yang diberikan pada mekanisme pembebanan terhadap perubahan putaran motor bensin sehingga torsi motor bensin dapat diketahui. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui torsi yang dihasilkan motor bensin dengan memberikan beban pada mekanisme uji. Dari hasil pengujian torsi pada motor bensin diharapkan torsi motor bensin dapat diukur. Pengujian dilakukan pada putaran mesin 1000 rpm, 1500 rpm, 2000 rpm, 2500 rpm, 3000 rpm, 3500 rpm dan 4000 rpm dengan be ban pengereman 5 kg, 6 kg, 7 kg, 8 kg, 9 kg dan 10 kg. This thesis is a continue of the development or modification of equipment testing in Laboratory Performance Engineering Department of Mechanical Engineering University ofMedan Area. The development is done here to continue the research on testing tools measuring torque on the motor gasoline, where it serves as a means of measuring changes in the motor gasoline supplied to the load torque of the motor gasoline that can be measured. With the development of these tools is expected students can better understand the effect of a given load on the loading mechanism to changes in the motor gasoline thus gasoline motor torque can be known. The purpose of this study was to determine the torque produced by the motor gasoline burden on test mechanism. From the test results are expected torque on the motor gasoline petrol motor torque can be measured. The testing is done on 1000 rpm, 1500 rpm, 2000 rpm, 2500 rpm, 3000 rpm, 3500 rpm and 4000 rpm of the engine rotation with the variety of 5 pounds, 6 pounds, 7 pounds, 8 pounds, 9 pounds dan 10 pounds. | en_US |
