Abstract: Artikel atau tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan stres kerja ditinjau dari tipe kepribadian ekstrovert dan introvert Karyawan PT. Sumber Daya Insani. Masalah difokuskan pada perbedaan stres kerja ditinjau dari kepribadian. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah teknik total sampling, dengan sampel sebanyak 75 karyawan mengalami stres kerja dan di kelompokkan berdasarkan tipe kepribadiannya yaitu ekstrovert sebanyak 37 karyawan dan introvert sebanyak 38 karyawan. Data- data dikumpulkan menggunakan skala likert melalui skala stres kerja dari aspek- aspek menurut Luthans meliputi 3 aspek yaitu physiology, psychology, dan behaviour, dan dianalisis secara kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis Mann-Withney U-Test. Kajian ini menyimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan stres kerja ditinjau dari tipe kepribadian ekstrovert dan introvert. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan nilai rata- rata hipotetik dan empirik diketahui berdasarkan stres kerja secara keseluruhan tergolong rendah dengan nilai hipotetik sebesar 90 dan nilai empirik sebesar 90.200. Selanjutnya stres kerja tipe kepribadian introvert tergolong sangat rendah dengan nilai hipotetik sebesar 90 dan nilai empirik sebesar 71,40. Kemudian bahwa stres kerja tipe kepribadian ekstrovert tergolong sangat tinggi dengan nilai hipotetik sebesar 90 dan nilai empirik sebesar 112,13. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini hipotesis yang diajukan adalah ada perbedaan Stres Kerja ditinjau dari tipe kepribadian, dengan nilai F= 502,268 dinyatakan hipotesis diterima. This article or article aims to find out the differences in work stress in terms of extroverted and introverted personality types. Employees of PT. Human Resources. The problem of tension on differences in work stress in terms of personality. The sampling technique was total sampling technique, with a sample of 75 employees experiencing work stress and grouped by personality type, namely 37 employees extrovert and 38 employees introvert. Data were collected using a Likert scale through a work stress scale from aspects according to Luthans covering 3 aspects namely physiology, psychology, and behavior, and analyzed quantitatively with the Mann-Withney U-Test analysis technique. This study concludes that there are differences in work stress in terms of extroverted and introverted personality types. Based on the results of calculating the average hypothetical and empirical values, it is known that based on work stress as a whole, it is classified as low with a hypothetical value of 90 and an empirical value of 90,200. Furthermore, the work stress of the introverted personality type is classified as very low with a hypothetical value of 90 and an empirical value of 71.40. Then that the extrovert personality type work stress is classified as very high with a hypothetical value of 90 and an empirical value of 112.13. Based on the results of this study the hypothesis put forward is that there is a difference in Job Stress in terms of personality type, with a value of F = 502,268 it is stated that the hypothesis is accepted.
