Direct current motors are electric machines that have become much more popular used in the industrial world compared to alternating current motors before AC drive inverter with pulse width (PWM) regulation is found. With With the development of AC drive technology, currently the use of de motors has been decreasing, especially on motors larger than 1 kW because the price is not competitive.en_US
