Analisa Keterlambatan Pelaksanaan Proyek Di PT PLN

Abstract

Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN) adalah Badan Usaha Milik Negara yang mengatur kebutuhan listrik di Indonesia. Namun kenyataannya pasokan listrik yang ada tidak dapat memenuhi semua kebutuhan masyarakat. Topik bahasan ini dititikberatkan pada Analisa Keterlambatan Pelaksanaan Proyek di PT PLN (Persero ). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor yang menyebabkan terjadinya keterlambatan pelaksanaan proyek PL TG Lot II.3 total kapasitas 34,10 MW di Payapasir dan PLTG Lot III total kapasitas 120 MW (112 MW- ISO) di Belawan. The State Electricity Company (PLN) is a State-Owned Enterprise regulate electricity needs in Indonesia. However, in reality the existing electricity supply cannot meet this all community needs. The topic of this discussion is focused on Analysis Delay in Project Implementation at PT PLN (Persero). The purpose of this research is to find out the factors that cause delays implementation of the PL TG Lot II.3 project with a total capacity of 34.10 MW in Payapasir and PLTG Lot III with a total capacity of 120 MW (112 MW- ISO) in Belawan.
