dc.description.abstract | Artikel atau tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menjawab masalah mengenai kurangnya minat membaca siswa dan siswi di perpustakaan SMKN 3 Medan, sehingga digunakan metedo Quality Function Development (QFD) dan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan perpustakaan pada SMKN 3 Medan agar dapat mengetahui apa saja factor penyebab kurang minatnya membaca siswa dan siswi. Masalah difokuskan pada bagaimana meningkatkan kualitas perpustakaan agarmeningkatkan m inat membaca di SMKN 3 Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer, yang dimana cara memperoleh data melalui melalui survey ke setiap kelas SMKN 3 Medan yang terletak pada jalan STM, medan dan google form dan dianalisis menggunakan metode QFD dan AHP. Kajian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Berdasarkan dari basil dan pembahasan dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa metode QFD dan AHP dapat diterapkan pada perpustakan SMKN 3 medan, faktor terpenting bagi pengunjung perpustakaan, yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai kepentingan 4,46. Dalam praktiknya, tingkat kepuasan pengunjung adalah 4,24 untuk buku yang tertata dengan baik. This article or article aims to answe,r the problem regarding the lack of interest in reading for students in the library of SMKN 3 Medan, so that the Quality Function Development (QFD) and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) methods are used to improve the quality of library services at SMKN 3 Medan in order to find out what only the factors causing the lack of interest in reading students and female students. The important problem is how to improve the quality of the library in order to increase interest in reading at SMKN 3 Medan. This study uses primary data, obtained through surveys to classes located on Jalan STM. Medan and Google Forms and analyzed using the QFD and AHP methods. This study concludes that based on the results and discussion it can be concluded that the QFD andAHP methods can be applied to the SMKN 3 Medan library, the most important factor for library visitors, which is indicated by the importance value of 4.46. In practice, the visitor satisfaction rating is 4.24 for well-organized books. | en_US |
