Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menguji secara empiris hubungan dukungan sosial dengan kesejahteraan psikologis karyawan PT. PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Wilayah Sumatera Utara. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu pendekatan kuantitatif. Adapun sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 51 karyawan bagian pelayanan pelanggan PT. PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Wilayah Sumatera Utara. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah total sampling. Skala penelitian kesejahteraan psikologis ini disusun berdasarkan aspek-aspek kesejahteraan psikologis yaitu penerimaan diri, memiliki hubungan positif dengan orang lain, kemandirian, kemampuan mengontrol lingkungan, memiliki tujuan hidup dan pengembangan potensi dalam diri. Skala penelitian dukungan sosial disusun berdasarkan aspek-aspek dukungan sosial yaitu dukungan emosional, dukungan Penghargaan,dukungan Instrumental, dukungan Informasi, dan dukungan Jaringan. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan analisis korelasi product moment, dapat diketahui bahwa terdapat hubungan positif antara Dukungan sosial dengan Kesejahteraan Psikologis. Hasil ini dibuktikan dengan koefisien korelasi rxy = 0,563, dengan Signifikan p= 0,000 < 0,05. Koefisien determinan (r2) dari hubungan antara variabel bebas dan variabel terikat adalah r2= 0,316. Ini menunjukkan bahwa Dukungan sosial berdistribusi sebesar 31,6%terhadap Kesejahteraan Psikologis. This study aims to find out and test empirically the correlation between social support and the psychological well-being of employees at PT. PLN (Persero) Main Unit for North Sumatra Region. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach. The samples in this study were 51 employees of the customer service division of PT. PLN (Persero) Main Unit for North Sumatra Region. The sampling technique used is total sampling. This psychological well-being research scale is structured based on aspects of psychological well-being, namely self-acceptance, having positive correlations with others, independence, ability to control the environment, having a purpose in life and developing one's potential. The social support research scale is structured based on the aspects of social support, namely emotional support, reward support, instrumental support, information support, and network support. Based on the calculation results of the product moment correlation analysis, it can be seen that there is a positive correlation between social support and psychological well-being. Based on the calculation results of the product moment correlation analysis, it can be seen that there is a positive correlation between social support and psychological well-being. This result is evidenced by the correlation coefficient rxy = 0.563, with a significant p = 0.000 <0.05. The determinant coefficient (r2) of the correlation between the independent variable and the dependent variable is r2= 0.316. This shows that social support has a distribution of 31.6% of psychological well-being.
