dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana iklim komunikasi organisasi yang terjadi antara atasan dengan bawahan dan sesama karyawan yang ada di CV. Pixxeled Indo Pratama (Epixpro) yang berlokasi di Jalan Perwira no.1 (simpang Yos Sudarso), Kota Medan, Sumatera Utara. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu dengan melakukan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa iklim komunikasi organisasi antara atasan dan bawahan di CV. Pixxeled Indo Pratama (Epixpro) sangat baik karena terdapat kepercayaan di antara atasan dan bawahan, adanya pembuatan keputusan bersama, adanya keterbukaan terhadap komunikasi ke atas dan adanya keterbukaan kepada komunikasi ke bawah. Iklim komunikasi organisasi antara sesama karyawan di CV. Pixxeled Indo Pratama (Epixpro) Kota Medan Sumatera Utara juga sangat harmonis. Dimana terdapat karyawan yang saling menghargai satu sama lain, saling bekerja sama dan memiliki tanggung jawab terhadap perkerjaan dan tugas masing-masing. This research aims to find out how the organizational communication climate occurs between superiors, subordinates and fellow employees at CV. Pixxeled Indo Pratama (Epixpro) which is located on Jalan Perwira no.1 (Yos Sudarso intersection), Medan City, North Sumatra. This research is qualitative research with data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that the organizational communication climate between superiors and subordinates at CV. Pixxeled Indo Pratama (Epixpro) is very good because there is trust between superiors and subordinates, there is joint decision making, there is openness to upward communication and there is openness to downward communication. Organizational communication climate between fellow employees at CV. Pixxeled Indo Pratama (Epixpro) Medan City, North Sumatra is also very harmonious. Where there are employees who respect each other, work together and have responsibility for their respective work and tasks.en_US
