Strategi Kemenangan Terhadap Pemilihan Calon Legislatif Melalui Partai Golongan Karya Kota Medan Tahun 2024

Abstract

Sejarah Partai Golongan Karya (GOLKAR) bermula pada tahun 1964 dengan berdirinya Sekretariat Bersama (SEKBER) GOLKAR di masa akhir pemerintahan Presiden Soekarno. Dalam penelitian ini melihat bagimana peran masyarakat terhadap pemilihan calon legeslatif memlalui partai golkar dengan pesfektif strategi kemenangan tahun 2024, dalam penelitian ini menganalisis terlebih dahulu dengan konsep strategi milik Mintzberg tahun 2007, penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi jenis kualitatif yang menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan juga dokumentasi. Sebagai penguat, penelitian ini juga terdiri dari informan kunci, informan utama dan informan tambahan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi yang bakal dilakukan oleh partai golkar untuk kemenangan calon legeslatif yang dilihat dari peran masyarakat kecamatan medan baru. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah strategi yang dilakukan oleh partai golkar dalam kemenangan calon legeslatif dengan memberikan bantuan kepada masyarakat dan sosialisai yang tinggi thadap masyarakat ttapi hal tersebut belum maksimal dilakukan, hal tersebut diketahuhi melalui konsep strategi dengan lima indikator yaitu perencanaan, acuan, sudut aktivitas, presfektif, dan rincian langkah taktis. The history of the Golongan Karya Party (GOLKAR) began in 1964 with the establishment of the GOLKAR Joint Secretariat (SEKBER) at the end of President Soekarno's reign. In this research, we look at the role of the community in selecting legislative candidates through the Golkar party with the perspective of winning strategy in 2024. In this research, we first analyze Mintzberg's strategy concept in 2007. This research uses a qualitative type of methodology which uses interview techniques, observation, and also documentation. As reinforcement, this research also consists of key informants, main informants and additional informants. The aim of this research is to find out the strategy that the Golkar party will use to win legislative candidates as seen from the role of the Medan Baru sub-district community. The results of this research are the strategies carried out by the Golkar party in winning legislative candidates by providing assistance to the community and high outreach to the community, but this has not been carried out optimally. This is known through the strategy concept with five indicators, namely planning, reference, activity angle, perspective, and details of tactical steps.
