Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang Kinerja Pemerintah Desa terutama dalam hal produktivitas, kualitas layanan, responsivitas, responsibilitas dan akuntabilitas serta mengidentifikasi hambatan kinerja Pemerintah Desa Lahemboho Kecamatan Alasa Kabupaten Nias Utara. Permasalahan yang diangkat pada penelitian ini adalah: (1) Evaluasi Kinerja Pemerintah Desa Lahemboho Kecamatan Alasa Kabupaten Nias Utara, (2) kurangnya kualitas pelayanan dan (3) faktor penghambat kinerja Pemerintah Desa di Desa Lahemboho Kecamatan Alasa Kabupaten Nias Utara. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif sebagai metode Analisa data yang mengambil lokasi penelitian pada kantor Kepala Desa Lahemboho Kecamatan Alasa Kabupaten Nias Utara. Sumber data pada penelitian ini adalah Sekretaris Desa, Aparat Desa dan masyarakat Desa setempat.Data dikumpulkan berdasarkan dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kinerja Pemerintah Desa Lahemboho Kecamatan Alasa Kabupaten Nias Utara di tinjau dari proses penyelenggaraan pemerintahan yang mengedepankan produktivitas, kualitas layanan, responsivitas, responsibilitas dan akuntabilitas belum mampu memberikan pelayanan yang maksimal sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat yang dimana para pegawainya masih sebagian banyak yang bermalas malasan untuk bekerja misalnya pegawainya sering terlambat datang ke kantor dan pulang sebelum jam kerja. This study aims to find out about the performance of the Village Government, especially in terms of productivity, service quality, responsiveness, responsibility and accountability and to identify obstacles to the performance of the Lahemboho Village Government, Alasa District, North Nias Regency. The problems raised in this study are: (1) Performance Evaluation of the Lahemboho Village Government, Alasa District, North Nias Regency, (2) lack of service quality and (3) inhibiting factors for the performance of the Village Government in Lahemboho Village, Alasa District, North Nias Regency. The approach used in this study is a qualitative method as a data analysis method that takes the research location at the office of the Head of Lahemboho Village, Alasa District, North Nias Regency. The data sources in this study are the Village Secretary, Village Officials and the local Village community. Data was collected based on interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the performance of the Lahemboho Village Government, Alasa District, North Nias Regency, in terms of the governance process that prioritizes productivity, service quality, responsiveness, responsibility and accountability, has not been able to provide maximum service according to the needs of the community, where most of its employees are still lazy to work, for example employees are often late to the office and go home before working hours.
