dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui komunikasi organisasi dalam menghadapi krisis di PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Afdeling I Unit Usaha Berangir, dan mengetahui hambatan komunikasi organisasi dalam menghadapi krisis di PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Afdeling I Unit Usaha Berangir. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan penentuan informan menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan teori fungsi komunikasi organisasi Sendjaja (2008) yaitu fungsi informatif, fungsi regulatif, fungsi persuasif, dan fungsi integratif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa ketersediaan informasi melalui ngupi (ngumpul pagi), briefing, evaluasi kerja, rapat, dan group chat Whatsapp memberikan kecukupan informasi yang didapatkan oleh karyawan dalam melakukan pekerjaan, serta memanfaatkan komunikasi persuasif untuk memberikan motivasi kepada karyawan melalui kegiatan rutin yang dilakukan. Adapun hambatan dalam komunikasi organisasi merupakan hambatan internal Berdasarkan hasil simpulan bahwa komunikasi organisasi PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV AFD I Unit Usaha Berangir dalamfungsi informatif, regulatif, persuasif, dan integratif menjadi salah satu fungsi komunikasi organisasi yang diterapkan dengan baik dalam menghadapi karyawan pada krisis penurunan produkitivitas. This study aims to determine organizational communication in dealing with crises at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Afdeling I Berangir Business Unit, knowing organizational communication barriers in dealing with crises. This study uses qualitative descriptive method with determination informants using purposive sampling techniques. Data collected through interviews, observation, documentation. Research uses Sendjaja's (2008) theory of organizational communication functions, informative function, regulative function, persuasive function, integrative function. Availability information through ngupi, briefings, work evaluations, meetings, Whatsapp group provides sufficient information toobtained by employees carrying out work, utilizing persuasive communication to provide motivation to employees through routine activities carried out. The obstacles organizational communication are internal barriers. PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV AFD I Berangir Business Unit informative, regulative, persuasive, integrative functions is one of the organizational communication functions that is implemented in dealing with employees in crisis of decreased productivity. | en_US |
