Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji apakah kepuasan kerja memilki hubungan dengan komitmen organisasi pada karyawan Koperasi Unit Desa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif, dengan populasi 110 karyawan dan sampel 70 karyawan lapangan. Untuk menentukan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Untuk mengumpulkan data penelitian, peneliti menggunakan skala kepuasan kerja dan skala komitmen organisasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa adanya hubungan positif antara kepuasan kerja dengan komitmen organisasi pada karyawan Koperasi Unit Desa āPā SJ. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat berdasarkan dari hasil penelitian yang ditunjukkan dengan angka korelasi šš„š¦= 0,750 dengan nilai p = 0,000 < 0,05 yang artinya bahwa ada hubungan positif antara kepuasan kerja dengan komitmen organisasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa sumbangan efektifitas kepuasan kerja sebesar BE % = 56,3 % mempengaruhi komitmen organisasi. Sedangkan 43,7 % dipengaruhi oleh faktor lainnya yang tidak diteliti oleh peneliti. Dari hasil tersebut dapat dilihat bahwa kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi tergolong dalam kategori sedang. This study aims to test whether job satisfaction has a correlation with organizational commitment to Village Unit Cooperative employees. The research method used in this study is a quantitative research method, with a population of 110 employees and a sample of 70 field employees. To determine the sample in this study is to use a purposive sampling. To collect research data, researchers used a scale of job satisfaction and organizational commitment scale. The results showed that there was a positive correlation between job satisfaction and organizational commitment to the employees of the Village Unit Cooperative "P" SJ. This can be seen based on the research results which are shown by the correlation number r_xy = 0.750 with a p = 0.000 <0.05, which means that there is a positive correlation between job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The results of this study indicate that the contribution of the effectiveness of job satisfaction by BE % = 56.3 % affects organizational commitment. While 43,7% was influenced by other factors that were not examined by researchers. From these results it can be seen that job satisfaction and organizational commitment belong to the medium category. |
