dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan lingkungan kerja fisik dengan kepuasan kerja guru di Yayasan Pendidikan Ar-Ridha. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 30 guru yang mengajar di Yayasan Pendidikan Ar-Ridha. Sejalan dengan pembahasan yang terdapat dilandasan teori, maka hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu ada hubungan positif lingkungan kerja fisik dan kepuasan kerja guru di Yayasan Pendidikan Ar-Ridha. Dengan asumsi semakin baik lingkungan kerja guru, semakin tinggi pula kepuasan kerja guru. Sebaliknya semakin buruk lingkungan kerja fisik, maka semakin rendah pula kepuasan kerja guru. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala Likert. Dalam menguji hipotesis yang diajukan maka dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik Analisis Korelasi r Product Moment. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif antara lingkungan kerja fisik dengan kepuasan kerja guru. Hasil ini diketahui dengan melihat nilai atau koefisien hubungan antara variabel F = 1,137 dengan nilai p (sig) = 0,412. Hal ini berarti hipotesis yang diajukan yaitu hubungan lingkungan kerja fisik dengan kepuasan kerja guru, diterima. This study aims to determine the correlation between the physical work environment and the job satisfaction of teachers at the Ar-Ridha Education Foundation. The sample in this study were 30 teachers who teach at the Ar-Ridha Education Foundation. In line with the discussion that is based on theory, the hypothesis put forward in this study is that there is a positive relationship between physical work environment and teacher job satisfaction at the Ar-Ridha Education Foundation. Assuming that the better the teacher's work environment, the higher the teacher's job satisfaction. Conversely, the worse the physical work environment, the lower the teacher's job satisfaction. Data collection techniques using a Likert scale. In testing the hypothesis proposed, it is carried out using the r Product Moment Correlation Analysis technique. Based on the results of data analysis, it shows that there is a positive relationship between the physical work environment and teacher job satisfaction. This result is known by looking at the value or coefficient of the relationship between the variables F = 1.137 with a p (sig) = 0.412. This means that the hypothesis proposed, namely the relationship between physical work environment and teacher job satisfaction, is accepted.en_US
