dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara gaya kepemimpinan transaksional dengan kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Socfindo Aek Pamingke Divisi V. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 81 Karyawan Divisi V, teknik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini purvosive sampling. Sesuai dengan pembahasan dalam landasan teori, hipotesis yang diajukkan dalam penelitian ini “Ada hubungan positif antara gaya kepemimpinan transasksioanl dengan kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Socfindo Aek Pamingke Divisi V”. Dengan asumsi semakin efektif tingkat gaya kepemimpinan transaksional maka semakin tinggi kepuasan kerja karyawan. Begitu sebaliknya semakin tidak efektif gaya kepemimpinan transaksional maka semakin rendah kepuasan kerja karyawan. Pengumpulan data menggunakan skala Likert. Dalam pengujian hipotesis yang di ajukan menggunakan koefisien korelasi rxy = 0,673. Dengan nilai signifikasi P < 0,000. Menunjukan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transaksional berkontribusi dengan kepuasan kerja sebesar 45,3%. Maka, terdapat hubungan yang positif yang kuat antara gaya kepemimpinan transaksional dengan kepuasan kerja karyawan. Dari hasil yang diperoleh, dapat dinyatakan bahwa hipotesis yang diajukan diterima. This study aims to see the correlation between transactional leadership style and job satisfaction of PT employees. Socfindo Aek Pamingke Division V. The method in this study is quantitative. The sample in this study was 81 Division V employees, the technique used in this study was purvosive sampling. In accordance with the discussion in the theoretical foundation, the hypothesis proposed in this study "There is a positive correlation between transactional leadership style and job satisfaction of PT employees. Socfindo Aek Pamingke Division V". Assuming the more effective the level of transactional leadership style, the higher the employee's job satisfaction. Vice versa, the less effective the transactional leadership style, the lower the employee's job satisfaction. Data collection using Likert scale. In testing the hypothesis proposed using the correlation coefficient rxy = 0.673. With a signification value of P < 0.000. It shows that transactional leadership style contributes to job satisfaction by 45.3%. Thus, there is a strong positive correlation between transactional leadership style and employee job satisfaction. From the results obtained, it can be stated that the proposed hypothesis is accepted. | en_US |
