The stress factors expressed by Sutherland and Cooper (in Wijayaningsih, 2014) are Cognitive Assessment, Experience, Demands, and Interpersonal Influence. For each individual has their own uniqueness in processing a scope of life, some conclude positively and some conclude the stimulus negatively. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach with a research sample of 34 people. Based on the results of the Job Stress scale trial of 36 statement items, there were 5 items that were canceled because the Corrected Item-Total Correlation validity score <0.300, which means that the other 31 items are valid because the Corrected Item-Total Correlation validity score ≥ 0.300. The reliability of the work stress factor scale obtained .807 with 36 items, with the required value provisions (>0.70). Researchers conducted frequency testing of stress factors used with the results of descriptive analysis of the frequency of each stress factor can be known by the formula p = f / N × 100%. Based on the research results obtained that the results of factor analysis of stress factors can be known the highest part is in the interpersonal influence factor of 0.974, then followed by the cognitive assessment factor which has a contribution of 0.839 and then the experience factor which has a contribution of 0.759 while the lowest is the demands factor of 0.694. | en_US |
