dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini dilakukan adalah untuk melihat Gambaran Career Adaptability Pada Karyawan PT. Telkom Regional I Sumatera. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode dengan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriftif. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah 58 Karyawan PT. Telkom Regional I Sumatera. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Skala career adaptability disusun berdasarkan aspek-aspek dikemukakan oleh Creed, Fallon, & Hood (2018) yang yaitu: Perencanaan karir, Eksplorasi diri, Eksplorasi lingkungan, Pengambilan keputusan, Regulasi diri. Skala disusun dengan 4 alternatif jawaban, yaitu : Sangat Setuju (SS), Setuju (S), Tidak Setuju (TS), dan Sangat Tidak Setuju (STS). Pernyataan favourable diberi rentangan nilai 4-1 dan pernyataan yang bersifat unfavourable diberi rentangan nilai 1-4. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa aspek tertinggi career adaptability adalah eksplorasi lingkungan dengan nilai hipotetik 15 dan mean empiric sebesar 21.183. selanjutnya aspek terendah adalah regulasi diri dengan nilai hipotetik sebesar 10 dan nilai empiric 12.967. This research was conducted to see the description of Career Adaptability in PT. Telkom Regional I Sumatra. The research method used is a method with a descriptive quantitative approach. The population of this research is 58 employees of PT. Telkom Regional I Sumatra. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling technique. The career adaptability scale was compiled based on the aspects put forward by Creed, Fallon, & Hood (2018), namely: career planning, self-exploration, environmental exploration, decision- making, self-regulation. The scale is composed with 4 alternative answers, namely: Strongly Agree (SS), Agree (S), Disagree (TS), and Strongly Disagree (STS). Favorable statements are given a score range of 4-1 and unfavorable statements are given a value range of 1-4. It can be concluded that the highest aspect of career adaptability is environmental exploration with a hypothetical value of 15 and an empirical mean of 21,183. then the lowest aspect is self- regulation with a hypothetical value of 10 and an empirical value of 12,967. | en_US |
