dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Perbedaan Stress Kerja Ditinjau Dari Tipe Kepribadian Karyawan CV Citra Karya Mandiri. Tipe penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 87 karyawan CV. Citra Karya Mandiri. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Total sampling. Dalam menentukan skala pengukuran penelitian, penulis menggunakan model skala Likert. Berdasarkan hasil uji asumsi yang menyatakan bahwa data tidak memenuhi asumsi homogenitas, maka selanjutnya dalam pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis uji beda yang sifatnya non parametrik yakni menggunakan statistik Uji Mann Whitney U dari hasil perhitungan diketahui bahwa, terdapat perbedaan Stress Kerja ditinjau dari tipe kepribadian A dan B. Hasil ini diketahui dengan melihat nilai atau koefisien perbedaan dengan koefisien sebesar 903.000 dengan p < 0,010. Berdasarkan hasil ini berarti hipotesis yang diajukan yang berbunyi ada perbedaan Stress Kerja ditinjau dari tipe kepribadian, dinyatakan diterima. This study aims to determine the differences in work stress in terms of personality types of employees at CV Citra Karya Mandiri. The type of research used in research is quantitative research. The population in this study were 87 employees of CV. Independent Work Image. The sampling technique in this study used a total sampling technique. In determining the research measurement scale, the authors use the Likert scale model. Based on the results of the assumption test which states that the data does not meet the assumption of homogeneity, then in testing the hypothesis using a non-parametric analysis of different tests, namely using the Mann Whitney U test statistic, from the calculation results it is known that there are differences in work stress in terms of personality types A and B This result is known by looking at the value or coefficient of difference with a coefficient of 903,000 with p <0.010. Based on these results, it means that the hypothesis proposed which reads that there is a difference in Work Stress in terms of personality type, is declared accepted.en_US
