dc.description.abstract | Di era globalisasi 4.0 ini, sumber daya manusia bersaing ketat untuk peran yang mereka mainkan sebagai penggerak ekonomi dan sosial. Seorang karyawan harus melakukan segala daya untuk memenuhi tugasnya yang dapat menimbulkan stres kerja yang bisa menghambat performance individu. Untuk melakukan yang terbaik, banyak orang perlu menemukan solusi untuk masalah tersebut atau melakukan sebuah proses yang sering disebut sebagai "strategi coping". Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pemilihan strategi coping yang dilakukan karyawan dalam menghadapi stres kerja di klub malam High5. Metode penelitian ini kuantitatif untuk meneliti pada populasi atau sampel tertentu dengan survei untuk memperoleh informasi tentang sejumlah responden yang dianggap mewakili populasi tertentu. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian dari 80 peserta menunjukan bahwa 42 responden dengan menggunakan strategi coping pada emotional focused coping (EFC) dan problem focused coping (PFC). Berdasarkan uji hipotesis menggunakan teknik Spearman-Rho diperoleh hasil bahwa hipotesis yang diajukan dapat diterima atau terdapat hubungan yang signifikan Antara strategi coping dengan tingkatan stres kerja pada karyawan High5 Bar dan Lounge. Hal ini ditunjukan dengan nilai Spearman-Rho = 0,513 (p<0,01). In this era of globalization 4.0, human resources compete fiercely for the role they play as an economic and social driver. An employee must do everything in his power to fulfill his duties which can cause work stress that can hinder individual performance. In order to do their best, many people need to find a solution to the problem or adopt a process often referred to as a "coping strategy". The purpose of this study was to determine the selection of coping strategies used by employees in dealing with work stress at the High5 nightclub. This research method is quantitative to examine a certain population or sample with a survey to obtain information about a number of respondents who are considered to represent a certain population. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique. The results of the research from 80 participants showed that 42 respondents used coping strategies on problem focused coping (PFC) Whereas in emotional focused coping (EFC). Based on the hypothesis testing using the Spearman-Rho technique, the results show that the proposed hypothesis can be accepted or there is a significant relationship between coping strategies and work stress levels in High5 Bar and Lounge employees. This is indicated by the Spearman-Rho value = 0.513 (p <0.01). | en_US |
