Abstract: Di Era Global saat ini, untuk mendapatkan pekerjaan yang tetap tidaklah mudah. Dalam kehidupan manusia sering ditemukan adanya kendala-kendala yang membuat sebagian orang memilih mencari jalan pintas dalam memenuhi kebutuhan hidupnya, contoh jalan pintas tersebut dengan menjadi pekerja seks komersial (PSK). Penelitian ini bertujuanuntuk meneliti Penerimaan Diri (Self acceptance) Pada Pekerja Seks Komerisal (PSK), responden pada penelitian ini berjumlah tiga orang, masing-masing berusia responden 19-25 tahun. Analisis penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif melalui pendekatan studi kasus. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Pematang Bandar, Sumatera Utara. Metode pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukan, responden 1 (SS) berada ditahap Denial (Penolakan). Responden 2 (P) berada ditahap Anger (Marah). Responden 3 (D) berada di tahap Depresion (depresi). In the current global era, getting a permanent job is not easy. In human life there are often obstacles that make some people choose to look for shortcuts in fulfilling their daily needs, an example of this shortcut is becoming a commercial sex worker (CSW). This study aims to examine self-acceptance in commercial sex workers (CSWs). There were three respondents in this study, each respondent aged 19-25 years. This research analysis uses qualitative methods through a case study approach. This research was conducted in Pematang Bandar, North Sumatra. Data collection methods through observation and interviews. The research results show that respondent 1 (SS) is in the Denial stage. Respondent 2 (P) is in the Anger stage. Respondent 3 (D) is in the Depression stage.
