dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pemberian kompensasi dengan kinerja pada guru di MIS-MTS Asthoffaina. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 30 guru yang mengajar di MIS-MTS Asthoffaina. Sejalan dengan pembahasan yang terdapat dilandasan teori, maka hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu ada hubungan positif antara pemberian kompensasi dan kinerja pada guru di MIS- MTS Asthoffaina. Dengan asumsi semakin tinggi pemberian kompensasi yang diberikan pada guru, semakin tinggi kinerja pada guru. Sebaliknya semakin apabila pemberian kompensasi rendah pada guru, maka semakin rendah kinerja pada guru. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala Likert. Dalam menguji hipotesis yang diajukan maka dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik Analisis Korelasi r Product Moment. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif antara pemberian kompensasi dengan kinerja guru. Hasil ini diketahui dengan melihat nilai atau koefisien hubungan antara variabel F = 1,987 dengan nilai p (sig) = 0,106. Hal ini berarti hipotesis yang diajukan yaitu hubungan pemberian kompensasi dengan kinerja pada guru, diterima. This study aims to determine the correlation between compensation and teacher perfomance at MIS-MTS Asthoffaina. The sample in this study were 30 teachers who taught at MIS-MTS Asthoffaina. In line with the discussion that is based on theory, the hypothesis put forward in this study is that there is a positive correlation between compensation and teacher performance at MIS-MTS Asthoffaina. Assuming that the higher the compensation given to the teacher, better the performance of the teacher. On the other hand, if the compensation is low for teachers, the teacher’s performance will be worse. Data collection techniques using a Likert scale. In testing the hypothesis proposed, it is carried out using the r Product Moment Correlation Analysis technique. Based on the results of data analysis, it shows that there is a positive relationship between compensation and teacher performance. This result is known by looking at the value of coefficient of the relationship between the variables F=1,987 with a p (sig)=0,106. This means that the hypothesis proposed, namely the correlation between compensation and teacher performance is accepted.en_US
