Abstract: Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan mengetahui Hubungan Antara Self Efficacy dengan Kesiapan Kerja Pada Siswa Tata Busana Kelas XII di SMKN 10 Medan. Masalah ini difokuskan pada hubungan antara self efficacy dengan kesiapan kerja pada siswa tata busana kelas XII di SMKN 10 Medan. Guna mendekati masalah ini, dipergunakan acuan dari teori Bandura (1997) dan (Brady, 2009). Data-data dikumpulkan melalui kuisioner dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 108 orang siswa tata busana kelas XII SMKN 10 Medan, dan dianalisis secara kuantitatif menggunakan metode korelasional. Berdasarkan hasil analisis r Product Moment, P < 0,05 (p = 0,00) dengan nilai koefisien (r^xy) = 0,742, terdapat hubungan positif antara self efficacy dengan kesiapan kerja, dan semakin tinggi self efficacy siswa maka akan meningkatkan kemampuan kesiapan kerja siswa tata busana kelas III di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) Negeri 10 Medan. Kajian ini menyimpulkan bahwa self efficacy mempengaruhi kesiapan kerja pada siswa tata busana kelas III di SMKN 10 Medan sebesar 55,1% sedangkan terdapat 44,9% pengaruh dari faktor lain yang tidak dicantumkan dalam penelitian ini. This article aims to test and find out the relationship between self-efficacy and work readiness of fashion students at SMKN 10 Medan grade XII. This problem is focused on the relationship between self-efficacy and work readiness of fashion students at SMKN 10 Medan grade XII. In order to approach this problem, references from Bandura's theory (1997) and (Brady, 2009) are used. The data were collected through a questionnaire with a total population of 108 students of class XII fashion at SMKN 10 Medan, and were analyzed quantitatively using the correlational method. Based on the results of the r Product Moment analysis, P <0.05 (p = 0.00) with a coefficient value (r^xy) = 0.742, there is a positive relationship between self-efficacy and work readiness, and the higher the student's self-efficacy, the higher the ability work readiness of class III fashion design students at State 10 Vocational High School (SMK) Medan. This study concludes that self-efficacy affects work readiness in class III dressmaking students at SMKN 10 Medan by 55.1%, while there is 44.9% influence from other factors not included in this study.
